Yearly service

Plan and Payment

The standard Co Leads plan is priced at ₹5,000 per year unless a different price or scope is confirmed in writing.

The subscription renews manually. We do not automatically charge the customer for the next yearly term unless a separate written arrangement expressly provides otherwise.

Important payment term

Non-Refundable Payment

Payments for the ₹5,000 yearly plan are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully completed.

The plan includes digital access, onboarding, account setup, and work connected with a custom landing page. Resources may be allocated and work may begin soon after payment.

Before purchasing

Cancellation

Customers should review the plan, included features, delivery expectations, and business requirements before making payment.

Cancelling or choosing not to use the service after payment does not create a right to a full or partial refund.

Payment corrections

Limited Exceptions

A payment may be reviewed if the same transaction was charged more than once, an amount was collected in error, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Any approved correction will be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to payment-provider timelines.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers should contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the payment, scope, onboarding, and service records.

We may provide transaction records, communications, delivery activity, login records, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.

Applicable jurisdiction

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
