Agreement to terms

Acceptance and Eligibility

By purchasing, accessing, or using Co Leads, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Cookie, Refund, Shipping & Delivery, and Disclaimer policies.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate business and account information.

What Co Leads provides

Service Scope

Co Leads provides lead capture, lead organization, status and follow-up tracking, communication shortcuts, data import or export features, dashboard tools, and a custom landing page within the agreed scope.

Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or updated to maintain security, reliability, and product quality.

Billing model

Subscription and Renewal

The standard plan is ₹5,000 for one year unless otherwise agreed in writing. Renewal is manual and requires a new payment for the next term.

Payments are governed by our Refund Policy and are non-refundable after successful payment, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing.

Setup timeline

Onboarding and Delivery

Account activation and landing-page delivery are expected within approximately 7 working days after payment and receipt of all required customer materials and approvals.

Delays caused by missing information, revisions, access issues, or third-party dependencies may extend the timeline.

Keep access secure

Account Responsibilities

• Protect usernames, passwords, and access links
• Use accurate and lawful information
• Notify us of suspected unauthorized access
• Remain responsible for activity performed through the account
• Maintain lawful contact and communication practices

Lead information

Customer Data and Content

Customers retain their rights in lawful data and content they provide. They grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, back up, and otherwise use that material to provide Co Leads.

Customers warrant that they have the right and any necessary consent to collect, import, store, and contact leads.

Platform protection

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Co Leads for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Do not send spam or contact people without required permission
• Do not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

Ownership

Intellectual Property

Co Leads software, branding, layouts, code, interface, documentation, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Covisor Infotech Private Limited.

The subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active term; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Policy enforcement

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, security risks, unlawful use, policy violations, abuse, or conduct that threatens the platform or others.

On expiry or termination, access may end and customers should export any data they need before the account becomes unavailable.

Commercially reasonable service

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available and commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, conversions, uninterrupted availability, or outcomes controlled by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Updates

Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms or the service to reflect legal, security, technical, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted through appropriate channels.

Legal jurisdiction

Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
