Nature of Delivery
Co Leads provides intangible digital services. We do not ordinarily ship physical products, and no courier or warehouse delivery is involved in the standard yearly plan.
Service Deliverables
- Lead-management account access
- Onboarding and account configuration
- Custom landing-page setup based on the agreed scope
- Digital communications, updates, and support
- Login details or activation confirmation through official communication channels
Delivery Timeline
Account activation and the custom landing page are generally expected within approximately 7 working days after successful payment and receipt of all required content, details, approvals, and access from the customer.
This is an estimated timeline rather than a guaranteed deadline. Working days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.
Information Required from You
Delivery depends on the customer providing accurate business details, logo and brand assets, service information, contact details, written content or approvals, domain or website access where required, and timely responses to queries.
Delays and Extensions
Timelines may be extended by incomplete information, delayed approvals, revision requests, changes in scope, third-party outages, domain or hosting issues, payment verification, technical complications, or events beyond reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery or activation may be confirmed through email, phone, WhatsApp, account access, a published landing-page link, or another agreed digital channel.
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and checking messages from Co Leads.
